THAT LOUSY LEGAL GOOK - All orders are accepted subject to the following License Agreement: 1. All data is recognized by the form submitter as protected by copyright, the Never Bound Book web pages by their owner, and the downloaded material by its author as shown thereon. 2. The material downloaded is not owned by its recipient, but rather is provided under a license for use by the form submitter and his or her family for a one-computer, one-family reading. 3. The form submitter is recognized as a single natural person and no rights are granted herein to any partnership, trust, corporation, agency or other entity; such natural person who is the form submitter is the licensee as referenced herein. 4. Printing of downloaded data is restricted solely for the use of licensee and his or her immediate family. 5. Commercial printing, copying or other use than referenced in sections 2 or 4 of this Agreement is prohibited. 6. Any quotation of the downloaded material, for book reviews or any other purpose, is prohibited without the prior express written consent of its author. 7. The illegality or invalidity of any sentence, clause or paragraph of this agreement shall not invalidate the remainder. 8. In the case of "Alex, Heaven and Hell - A Story of Murder by Sex" orders only, the form submitter certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age, of legal age in the locality where the book order is submitted, and does not object to receipt of sexually explicit material; further, he/she certifies that its receipt and perusal by the form submitter would not contravene laws in his/her locality where received. 9. This agreement is to be governed by the laws of Florida, USA.

I agree, however so reluctantly, to abide by the terms of the License Agreement and understand that my submission of a book order constitutes conclusive evidence of acceptance of those conditions.
